1. When is Challenge Week?
Challenge Week starts on the 19th of May and ends on the 22nd of May 2008. The venue of the workshops, exhibition and the conference is at KTH School of ICT in Kista, in the northern outskirts of the city. The Awards Ceremony till take place in the City Hall. For a complete schedule.
2. How much does it cost to participate in Challenge Week?
Participation is free for all the finalists. This includes:
- Kickoff reception on the 19th of May 2008
- Participation in workshops
- Exhibition
- Dinner on May 20th
- One day conference
- Lunches, and snacks served during the workshops (20th & 21st)
- Study visits on the final day
- Award Ceremony with Gala Dinner in the City Hall on the 22nd
Notice: Additional meals outside the above mentioned are paid by the participants.
3. Who pays for our travel and accommodation expenses?
All travel and accommodation costs have to be paid by participants in Challenge Week. This includes travel to and from Sweden and within Stockholm (including study visits), and accommodation during your stay in Stockholm.

4. How many representatives can we bring?
You can bring as many people as you like to the workshops and conference. But, keep in mind that only two representatives of each finalist are invited to take part in the Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony where seats are limited.
5. Do we have access to the internet during Challenge week?
Yes, but you need to bring your laptops with you.
6. Can we exhibit our projects during Challenge week?
You can display your projects free of charge during Challenge Week. We have limited amount of space available. Fill in your request in the questionnaire
7. If I don’t want to exhibit, but I only want to give materials and brochures?
Yes, there will also be a brochure table if you wish just to leave material for others
8. Will somebody greet me at ARLANDA AIRPORT?
No, since many of the finalists arrive at different times, we will assign a special call center for you to call to, once you arrive to the airport.
9. How can I go to my hotel room or to venue (KTH) from the airport?
10. - I would find it easier to come to Stockholm if I knew whether we were likely to be the winner, can you give us a hint?
No. Never. The winners are revealed only at the Gala Dinner and ceremony. Nobody is ever told ahead of time.
11. - I we can't come to Stockholm will that affect our chances of becoming a winner?
No, the winners of the awards are decided by the jury independently of your attendance in Stockholm. Challenge Week is designed to enable you to spend time working and discussing with your peers, the other finalists, in a friendly, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere.
